Refund and Returns Policy
We stand behind the quality of every Souvees product.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted if:
- Items are damaged upon arrival
- Incorrect items were shipped
- Manufacturing defects are present
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of wholesale orders:
- Custom branded items
- Opened or used products
- Clearance items
are not eligible for return.

- Include order number and photos
- Our team will review within 2 business days
Approved returns must be shipped back in original packaging.
Refunds
Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
