These terms describe how the Souvees website and personalized orders work.

Who we are

Personalized orders start at 10 pieces per design.
Completely custom plush development starts at 300 pieces and is quoted separately.
Orders of 100 or more combined pieces are handled through a volume pricing request.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping and tax are calculated at secure checkout.
Quotes expire 30 days after they are issued.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Souvees does not store card numbers.
An order is accepted when payment is received in full and we confirm your order by email.

Mockups are digital previews and may differ slightly from the finished product.
Souvees reviews artwork for production suitability and may decline artwork that is unlawful, infringing, abusive or unsuitable for production.
You are responsible for the spelling of names, initials, dates and event details.

All products sold by Souvees, LLC are custom-made or made-to-order, including products customized with designs, logos, colors, materials or packaging.
Once production has begun, orders may not be canceled or modified. Returns are not accepted except for verified manufacturing defects, subject to Souvees inspection and approval. For orders with a 30% deposit, that deposit is non-refundable once production starts because manufacturing costs are immediately incurred.

Please inspect all goods upon receipt. Claims for defects, shortages or errors must be submitted in writing within seven (7) business days of receipt. Failure to give timely notice constitutes acceptance of the goods.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery to the designated shipping destination.
Shipping dates are estimates only and may be affected by manufacturing, freight or customs delays beyond our control.

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted except for verified manufacturing defects, subject to Souvees inspection and approval. See our Returns and Refunds page for how to make a claim.

You keep ownership of your artwork. Souvees keeps ownership of its designs, photography and brand.
Souvees will not use your artwork or finished products in marketing without your permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes arising from these terms or an order will be brought in the courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Souvees, LLC, its members, managers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the purchase, delivery, use, or inability to use our products or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In all circumstances, the total aggregate liability of Souvees, LLC arising out of or related to any product, order, or these terms—whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), or otherwise—is strictly limited to the amount actually paid by you to Souvees, LLC for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
Souvees, LLC is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including freight or customs delays, carrier disruptions, material shortages, severe weather, or natural disasters.

These Payment Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with Souvees unless otherwise agreed in writing. Souvees reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
