What is the minimum order?
Personalized orders start at 10 pieces per design. You can add several designs to the same order, and each design needs at least 10 pieces.
Can I order multiple designs?
Yes. Add each design to Your Order with its own artwork and quantity. Volume pricing is based on the total quantity across your designs, while each design keeps its 10-piece minimum.
How does the free digital mockup work?
Choose a design, upload your artwork, and place it on the design's logo area. You can view the full mockup right away, before adding anything to your order.
Can I use my own logo or artwork?
Yes. Initials, a monogram, an event logo, a date or your own artwork can go on the approved logo area of an existing Souvees design. Please only upload artwork you own or have permission to use.
What types of events are Souvees good for?
Weddings and destination weddings, bridal showers, bachelorette weekends, birthdays and milestones, welcome bags, reunions and branded or corporate gatherings.
Can you create a completely original design?
Completely custom development is a separate service for original designs, with a 300-piece minimum. Personalizing an existing design does not change its shape, fabric or construction.
What happens after I place an order?
Preview the mockup, add each design to Your Order, review the quantities, and continue to secure checkout. Timing depends on your order and the current schedule, so if you have an event date in mind, share it through the contact form and we can talk through your needs.
